In 2004, a young man, Dela Kpegah, saw the opportunities available in the exportation of wooden products and furniture to Europe. This was after he had a detailed discussion with a German senior, Horst Kuballah, who had earlier revealed the prospects of such a business. Ginadel Company Limited was therefore born in 2004 with Dela and Regina Kpegah as its initial shareholders. After several discussions and research in the European market, it was decided that the company's desire could not be achieved at that time due to some constraints. Dela, then a student at the University of Ghana, Legon, decided to fully concentrate on his studies and professional development before re-establishing his business goals.

During his break to focus on his education, Dela was able to complete his First Degree in Psychology with Political Science; and a dissertation in the sub-field of Industrial and Organisational Psychology. He also gained a wealth of experience in industrial work in the United Kingdom UK (E.g Visteon and Bridiscoe). Coupled with his post-graduate degree in International Management with Marketing, from the University of Roehampton, Dela's work experience gave him good insight in production level employee management and the ability to form an organisation with an identity.

In 2012, Dela decided to resurrect the Ginadel idea and began research, which resulted in him travelling to, a town in Western Germany. Already equipped with an efficient production team, Dela channelled the Ginadel's resources into creating high standard products that would be internationally accepted. As hard as that journey has been from then, Ginadel has never looked back.
